›How does pricing work?
One annual fee per distributorship: ₹19,500 + GST (≈ ₹23,010 all-in). Billed once per year. Unlimited users, unlimited customers. Cancel anytime to stop next year's renewal.
›Is there a refund if it doesn't work for us?
Yes — 30 days from your first payment. Run it day-to-day for a month. If GasKhata hasn't saved you time and clarity, write to support@gaskhata.in and we'll refund in full. After 30 days, the annual fee is non-refundable.
›Does the app work fully in Hindi?
Yes. Every screen has Hindi translations. Your staff can switch between Hindi and English from the top-right corner; the choice sticks per device.
›Will it work on my staff's ₹5,000 Redmi?
Yes. GasKhata is a Progressive Web App — designed for low-end Android, patchy 4G, small screens, one-thumb operation. No Play-Store install, no background battery drain.
›What about my old data?
You start clean. We help you set up opening stock, staff list, and commercial customers during onboarding. Old paper records stay as paper records — there's no clean way to import them, and the time-saving comes from going digital from day one.
›Who can see my data?
Only people you give access to. Tenants are strictly isolated — no one at a competing distributorship, and not even a typical engineer at our end, can see your operational data. See the Privacy Policy.
›Do you support BPCL only, or all OMCs?
All three — BPCL, IOCL, HPCL. The workflows are nearly identical across them; differences (like consumer-number formats) are handled per tenant.
›Can I export to Tally?
Yes. GST tax invoices are auto-generated per commercial sale and export as a Tally XML file (daily / pending / monthly scopes). Your accountant can import directly.
