The ground rules.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GasKhata, a software-as-a-service product for LPG distributors, operated by Purple Mango, a partnership firm registered in India with its principal office at Address 1, Amber Gas Godown, Nangal Road, Kunda, Jaipur – 302028.

By creating an account or using GasKhata, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use GasKhata.

GasKhata is for registered LPG distributors (BPCL, IOCL, HPCL, and similar OMC authorised partners) operating in India. You confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are authorised to bind the distributorship to these Terms.
• The distributorship holds a valid OMC distributor licence and complies with applicable gas-distribution regulations.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials safe. Notify us immediately at support@gaskhata.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may create additional user accounts for your manager and office staff. You remain responsible for their use of the service.

GasKhata is offered on an annual subscription basis. Current fee: ₹15,000 per distributorship per year, exclusive of taxes. We may revise the fee with 30 days' written notice before your next renewal.

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each annual term unless you cancel beforehand.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
• Refunds: within 30 days of first purchase, you may request a full refund (pro-rata for later cancellations is at our discretion).
• Overdue accounts (more than 14 days past renewal) may have their access suspended; data is retained for 90 days thereafter per our Privacy Policy.

You retain all ownership rights to the data you put into GasKhata ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide the service to you.

You may export your data at any time. On account termination, we will keep Customer Data for 90 days in case you need to recover it, after which it is deleted.

You agree not to:

• Use GasKhata for anything unlawful or against the public interest.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access other tenants' data.
• Use our WhatsApp routing feature to send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages to customers. GasKhata routes internal staff notifications only — it is not a customer-communication tool.
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights (copyrights, trademarks, privacy).
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, including by running automated bots, load tests, or penetration tests without prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance. The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for temporary outages beyond our control (ISP failures, cloud-provider incidents, force-majeure events).

GasKhata relies on Supabase, AiSensy, Razorpay, and Vercel (see Privacy Policy). Their terms and privacy practices also apply where relevant. We are not responsible for their independent actions.

GasKhata, the GasKhata logo, and all software, documentation, and branding are the property of Purple Mango. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use GasKhata during your subscription. You do not acquire any other rights in our IP.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GasKhata is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use the service at your own risk. Reconcile your business records against your OMC statements and physical stock — GasKhata is a record-keeping tool, not a substitute for your own diligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purple Mango's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of GasKhata will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of business opportunity.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purple Mango, its partners, employees, and sub-processors from any claims arising out of: (a) your Customer Data, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page or by emailing us. We may terminate your access for material breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, sections 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15 survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms. Before filing suit, both parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation (30-day cooling-off period).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
